Professional coaching training focused on development of coaching competencies and their application
Empiric Coaching Fundamentals Training is an interactive and activity-based course where students gain a deep understanding of professional coaching and the role of the Coach in the context of both individual and team coaching moments. Through direct experience, investigative exercises, discussions and study, students develop better understanding of coaching principles and mindset. The training is built for all professionals who work with people and are looking for a simple, pragmatic approach built on scientific knowledge and practical experience. The Empiric Coaching Training is designed in correspondence with Agile principles. It is recommended for attendants who intend to use coaching skills to support transparency, self-management, value centredness and psychological safety in individual practice, working with teams and/or organizations.
The Course Overview
The course is developed by a professional coach and it is split into 3 modules, each module consisting of two full days with one month break between modules. The time between modules is used for the student's individual investigation and learning. Students are challenged to explore coaching principles and the Empiric Coaching model on their own, so they can start applying coaching interventions in real situations of their professional and private lives. Students also have coach mentoring available during this time.
